LADY SPARTANS 2016-17
All athletes are REQUIRED to get a physical each year before they are allowed to participate in athletics. Please turn in your physical at the fall registration, or on the first day of school.
The Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD Athletic Department would like to thank you for taking the time to complete the UIL and HEB ISD required forms necessary for participation in athletics and cheer. All 7th through 12th grade athletes are required to complete the forms electronically online prior to each school year. You will not be able to tryout for any sport until this paperwork is filled out.

Required ATHLETIC CLOTHING will be sold at student registration and before and after school each day!
Athletic Fee: $10
Total Package: $40
Requested Donations for the Concession Stand should be turned in the first week of school:
7th grade: individually packaged chips or a case of candy
8th grade: Any case of Pepsi prodcuts; including Gatorade
9th grade: A case of bottled water
(or students can sign up for a shift in the concession stand)
Students are responsible for dressing out for athletics each day. Students are also responsible for supplying a lock for their athletic locker, a pair of running shoes, and a water bottle.
